- Homes must be in good standing with CMS. We don't feature homes with the CMS abuse icon, Special Focus Facility status (or candidacy), or a 1-star overall rating. Standing is checked each month when CMS data updates.
- If a home's CMS standing changes, its featured listing pauses automatically and the unused time is refunded.

- No. Rankings come only from CMS data. Featuring gives families more of your story and an easier way to reach you.
- What does it cost?
- See the pricing table: a flat monthly price by plan and market size, the same for every home in that market size. There are no fees per inquiry, tour or admission.
- How is our market size worked out?
- By counting the other Medicare- and Medicaid-certified nursing homes within 10 miles of yours (straight-line distance), from CMS's monthly data.
- Something about our CMS data looks wrong.
- We show CMS's data as published. If you think our copy differs from CMS, tell us and we'll check it against the source. Corrections to the data itself go through CMS and your state survey agency.
- Are you affiliated with CMS or Medicare?
